摘  要:以四川省银杏主产区10个种源地收集的银杏古树种子为试验材料,测定了不同种源银杏种子表型性状和其一年生实生苗叶片总黄酮醇苷含量并分析了差异。结果表明:10个不同种源银杏种子横径、纵径、侧径和百粒重等表型性状差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),其中巴中通江县种源种子最大,三径和百粒重均显著高于其它种源,成都锦江区种源和绵阳平武县种源低于其它种源;同一生长环境条件下,10个不同种源银杏一年生实生苗叶片总黄酮醇苷含量差异明显,其中广元利州区种源含量最高,都江堰市种源含量最低;10个种源中,以生产种子为主要栽培目标的较优选择为通江县种源,而以总黄酮醇苷含量为选择目标的较优选择是广元利州区种源。Seeds of ancient trees of Ginkgo biloba L.from 10 provenances in Sichuan Province were used as test materials to analyze the difference of the phenotypic characteristics of seeds and content of flavonoids in leaves of 1-year-old seedlings by comparison and analysis of variance.The results showed that the transverse diameter,vertical diameter,side diameter and hundred-grain weight of seeds from 10 different provenances showed extremely significant differences in phenotypic traits(P<0.01),among which Tongjiang seeds had the best performance,with 3 diameters and hundred-grain weight significantly higher than seeds from other provenances,while Chengdu seeds and Pingwu seeds had poor performance.The content of flavonoids in leaves of 1-year-old seedlings from 10 different provenances showed significant differences in the same growing environment,among which Guangyuan seeds had the highest content of flavonoids and Dujiangyan seeds had the lowest.The provenance of Tongjiang was the optimal choice for the purpose of seed production,and the provenance of Lizhou was the best choice for producing total flavonoids.
