摘  要:本文在利用人工饲料饲养美国白蛾的基础上,研究了饲养温度、密度以及容器对美国白蛾生长发育的影响。结果表明:美国白蛾最适饲养温度为26~28℃;1~3龄幼虫最佳饲养密度为1头·cm-2,3龄以上幼虫最佳饲养密度为0.2头·cm-2;1~3龄幼虫宜选择塑料养虫杯和塑料养虫盒等较为封闭的小型饲养容器,3龄以上幼虫可转移到木制周转箱等透气性较好的大型饲养容器中饲养。研究结果为建立美国白蛾室内繁育体系以及为其深入研究和防治奠定了基础。The growth and development status of Hyphantria cunea(Drury)fed with artificial diet at different temperatures,rearing densities and rearing containers were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum temperature of rearing H.cunea indoor was 26~28℃.The best rearing density of the 1 st to 3 rd instar larvae was one insect per square centimeter,and that of instar larvae over 3 rd was 0.2 insect per square centimeter.The closed small rearing containers such as plastic cups and plastic meal boxes were the best choice to the 1 st to 3 rd instar larvae and instar larvae over 3rd could be transferred to large rearing containers such as wooden turnover boxes with good air permeability.The results could lay a foundation for the establishment of H.cunea breeding system indoor and its further study and control.
