摘  要:本文通过研究不同叶位对蓖麻叶绿素含量和光响应曲线的影响,以及不同密度林分下不同叶位对叶绿素含量的影响,分析蓖麻植株叶片时空变化对光合生产能力的影响差异,得出以下结论:叶片叶绿素水平(SPAD值)随叶片位置由低到高呈先逐渐升高后下降的趋势;不同位置叶片光响应曲线存在较大差异,其中最上部完全展开叶的光合能力最强,依次向下和向上的叶片光合生产能力依次减弱;对于固定叶片而言,其在完全展开前后的过程中,随着叶片的发育阶段和叶片所处的冠层位置的变化,相应的光合生产能力也存在较大差异。完全展开后的叶片光合能力强于展开前,这一结果与不同位置叶片光响应曲线结果一致。In this paper,effects of different leaf positions on chlorophyll content and light response curve of castor bean leaves,and effects of different leaf position on chlorophyll content with different stand densities were studied to analyze the difference of photosynthetic production capacity of leaf of castor bean with the change of time and space.The results showed that the chlorophyll content gradually climbed up then declined with the rising of leaf positions.There was obvious difference in light response curve with different leaf positions.The best photosynthetic capacity belonged to the full-expanded leaves at the top,and that of other leaves gradually weakened from it to the top or from it to the bottom.For certain leaves,the photosynthetic capacity of leaves differed obviously during the expansion process or at different positions.The consistent result with light response curve was that the photosynthetic capacity of leaves after full expansion was stronger than before.
