摘  要:针对聚合物过滤器切换后产生灰丝的行业难题,对比过滤芯清洗次数,发现过滤芯清洗不干净是产生灰丝的主要原因,对现有清洗装置技术改造,改进过滤芯清洗工艺,增加一道高效洗涤剂水溶液超声波清洗,成功解决聚合物过滤器切换产生灰丝的问题。Aiming at the industry problem of grey wire generated after polymer filter switching,by comparing the cleaning times of the filter element,it is found that the dirty cleaning of the filter element is the main reason for the grey wire.The existing cleaning equipment is reformed,the cleaning process of the filter element is improved,the problem of grey wire produced by polymer filter switching was successfully solved by adding a high-efficiency detergent solution for ultrasonic cleaning.
