摘　　要：通过对冬季苯装车过程中鹤管瞬间弹起的问题进行了详细的原因分析,同时根据问题症结有的放矢地采取了改进介质伴热方式、设计开发了夹套气囊式苯鹤管的措施,彻底解决了冬季苯装车过程中鹤管弹起的问题,并取得了较好的安全环保效益。Based on the detailed analysis of the causes of the sudden spring up of the crane tube in the process of benzene loading in winter,according to the crux of the problem,the measures of improving the medium heat tracing mode and designing and developing the jacketed air bag type benzene crane tube are adopted,which completely solves the problem of the crane tube popping up in the process of benzene loading in winter,and achieves good safety and environmental protection benefits.
