摘 要:目的了解济南市发热伴出血症候群病例病原情况,为诊疗和防治提供科学依据。方法收集2013~2019年济南市传染病网络疫情防控系统上报为发热伴出血症候群样本共874份,检测样本中发热伴血小板减少综合征新布尼亚病毒(SFTSV)、登革病毒(DENV)、出血热汉坦病毒(HTNV)核酸。对SFTSV S基因进行基因扩增、序列分析和构建系统进化树。结果2013~2019年济南市SFTS、HFRS、DF病例构成比分别为42.33%(370/874)、20.25%(177/874)和2.29%(20/874),3种疾病发病构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。济南市SFTSV核苷酸同源性为96.27%~98.54%。结论发热伴布尼亚病毒、汉坦病毒和登革病毒在济南市人群中均存在一定程度的感染性,济南市SFTS基因与周围省份基因遗传距离相近。Objective To understand the etiology of cases of fever with hemorrhage syndrome in Jinan city,so as to provide scientific basis for diagnosis,treatment and prevention.Methods A total of 874 samples of febrile and hemorrhagic syndrome reported by the online epidemic prevention and control system of infectious diseases in Jinan city during 2013-2019 were collected.The nucleic acids of SFTSV,DENV and hantavirus(HTNV)were detected.Gene amplification,sequence analysis and phylogenetic tree were carried out for SFTSV S gene.Results The constitutive ratios of SFTS,HFRS and DF in Jinan city during 2013-2019 were 42.33%(370/874),20.25%(177/874)and 2.29%(20/874),respectively.The differences in the incidence of the 3 diseases were statistically significant(P<0.01).The nucleotide homologous rate of SFTSV in Jinan city was 96.27%-98.54%.Conclusion The infection rate of SFTSV,HTNV and DENV population in Jinan city is to a certain extent.The genetic distance of SFTSV gene in Jinan city was similar to that in surrounding provinces.
