摘　　要：目的了解胶州市某镇社区高血压患者用药情况。方法通过国家心血管高危人群早期筛查与综合干预项目平台,收集胶州市里岔镇张应社区居民的用药情况,并对数据采用t检验统计学分析。结果共收集到1998名居民的基本情况,其中未用过药物的为1517例(75.93%),使用过或正在使用药物的为481例(24.07%),在使用过或正在使用药物的481例患者中,有312名高血压患者。与未用药物的居民相比,使用过或正在使用药物的居民的年龄、血压和血糖均较高(P<0.01);单一用药和多联用药患者的血压值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该地区中高血压用药基本符合防治指南的要求,但控制率较低,也存在不常规推荐的用药方案,单药治疗中ACEI和ARB的使用率最高。Objective To understand the drug use of hypertension patients from a community in a town of Jiaozhou city.Methods Through the national early screening and comprehensive intervention project platform for high-risk cardiovascular populations,the drug use of residents in Zhangying community,Licha town,Jiaozhou city were collected and the data were statistically analyzed by t test.Results A total of 1998 subjects were collected in this study,1517 cases(75.93%)never used drugs and 481 cases(24.07%)used or were using drugs.Among 481 people who had used or were using drugs,312 people were hypertensive patients.The subjects who used or were using drugs had higher age,blood pressure and blood glucose than those never used drugs(P<0.01);there was no statistically significant difference in the blood pressure values between single medication and multiple medication of hypertension patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The medication for hypertension in this area is basically in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for prevention and treatment of patients with hypertension,but the control rate is low,and there are still unconventional regimens.The use rate of ACEI and ARB are the highest in monotherapy.
