摘　　要：中国正在改革自然保护体制,通过对现有自然保护地整合、归并、优化、转化、补缺,新建国家公园和自然公园,逐步建立以国家公园为主体、自然保护区为基础、各类自然公园为补充的新型自然保护地体系。草原是面积最大的陆地生态系统,但草原自然保护地体系尚不健全,且缺失自然公园这种类型。建立草原自然公园,能够填补空白,完善自然保护地体系,并能促进草原科学保护和合理利用,增强草原在脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴和美丽中国建设中的作用。全面分析了草原自然公园创建的重要意义,提出了草原公园的定义、定位和建设思路,以期对草原自然公园建设、完善自然保护地体系提供参考。China is reforming its nature conservation system.By integrating,merging,optimizing,transforming and making up for existing natural reserves,China is building new national parks and natural parks,and gradually establishing a new system of natural reserves with national parks as the main body,based on nature reserves and supplemented by various types of natural parks.The grassland is the largest land ecosystem,but the grassland natural reserve system is not perfect,and there is no such type of natural park.The establishment of grassland natural parks can fill the gap,improve the system of protected natural areas,promote scientific protection and rational utilization of grasslands,and enhance the role of grasslands in poverty alleviation,rural revitalization and the building of a beautiful China.This paper comprehensively analyzes the significance of the establishment of grassland natural parks,and puts forward the definition,positioning and construction ideas of grassland natural parks,in order to provide reference for the construction of grassland natural parks and the improvement of the nature protection system.
