竞技健美操女单C组难度动作编排的分析——以2018年全国健美操冠军赛为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像分析法和数理统计法对2018年全国健美操冠军赛成年组健将组女单前8名运动员C组难度编排进行分析.研究表明,竞技健美操健将组女单选择C组难度分值普遍偏高,分布各有优势,在符合规则条件下也都达到了取长补短的效果;连接加分运用较多,对运动员比赛成绩产生较大影响.对C组难度的研究分析旨在提高C组难度动作的利用率,为女单选手在比赛中获取优异运动成绩提供训练策略,迈向国际化先进水平.This paper analyzes the difficulty arrangement of the top eight female singles in group C at the national aerobics championship in 2018 by means of literature,expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics.The research shows that the difficulty score of group C is generally higher than that of group C,which has advantages in distribution.The connection extra points use more,has a greater impact on the athletes performance.The research and analysis on the difficulty of group C aims to improve the utilization rate of difficult movements in group C,provide training strategies for women's singles players to achieve excellent sports results in the competition,and advance to the international advanced level.
