摘  要:为研究β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)与表皮生长因子(EGF)复合物对犬胫骨骨缺损的修复作用,在30只试验犬双侧后肢建立犬胫骨骨缺损模型,右侧为试验组,左侧为对照组。试验组填充β-TCP与EGF复合物,对照组不填充任何材料。分别于术后第1、2、4、6、8、12周随机选取5只犬,进行X线拍摄、组织学观察、骨钙素(OC)和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BSAP)检测。结果表明:试验组较对照组骨痂形成早,骨基质和胶原纤维沉淀量多,骨小梁形成与改建快,先达到骨改建期。前6周,与对照组相比,试验组OC和BSAP水平显著升高。这一研究提示β-TCP与EGF复合物在骨缺损修复早期可为细胞因子建立良好的生长环境,促进细胞增殖、黏附、趋化、分化以及骨末端血管生长和形成,从而有效促进犬胫骨骨缺损的修复。In order to study the repairing effect ofβ-polyphosphate(β-TCP)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)complex on canine bone defect,a canine tibia bone defect model was established in the hind limbs of thirty dogs.The right side was the experimental group and the left side was the control group.The experimental group was filled withβ-TCP and EGF complex,and the control group was not filled with any material.Five dogs were randomly selected at the 1st,2nd,4th,6th,8th and 12th week after surgery for X-ray,histological observation,osteocalcin(OC)and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BSAP)detection.The results showed that the experimental group formed earlier than the control group,and the amount of bone matrix and collagen fibers decreased.The formation and reconstruction of the trabecular bone was fast,and the bone remodeling period was reached first.The levels of OC and BSAP in the experimental group increased in the first 6 weeks,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed thatβ-TCP and EGF complex can establish a good growth environment for cytokines in the early stage of bone defect repair,promote cell proliferation,adhesion,chemotaxis,differentiation,and blood vessel growth and formation at the end of the bone,thus effectively promote canine tibia bone repair of defects.
