摘　　要：乡村文化资源传承作为一种文化建设行为,无论是少数民族乡村文化重塑,还是文化事业与文化产业的开展,都需要发挥村规民约的作用,并遵从文化法律法规的相关要求。加强村规民约的辅助作用,以对成文法形成有效补充,通过对二者功能的协同整合,对行为主体形成有效规制,从而实现对乡村文化资源传承创新的有效治理,为乡村振兴保驾护航。As a kind of cultural construction behavior,the inheritance of rural cultural resources needs to play the role of village rules and regulations,and comply with the relevant requirements of cultural laws and regulations,whether it is the reconstruction of minority village community culture,or the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries.Strengthen the auxiliary role of the village rules and regulations to form an effective supplement to the written law.Through the collaborative integration of the two functions,form an effective regulation on the behavior subject,so as to achieve the effective governance of the inheritance and innovation of rural cultural resources,and guarantee the revitalization of rural areas.
