摘  要:指出了土壤中硒检测普遍使用的方法是原子荧光光谱法。分别采用王水消解、混酸(硝酸+高氯酸+氢氟酸)全消解方式进行了消解土壤样品实验。结果表明:混酸全消解对硒的检测效果较好,土壤标准样品9次测定值的相对标准偏差为3.61%,实际样品的回收率为95%~102%。但是采用王水消解的方式测定值偏低,实际样品的回收率仅为62%~76%,这是由于王水消解并不能完全使土壤分解。The concentration of Selenium is usually determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry in soil monitoring.Two different digestion methods(aqua regia digestion and mixed acid(HNO 3+HClO 4+HF)digestion)are introduced to digest the soil samples.Results suggested that mixed acid digestion is effective in detecting the concentration of Selenium in soils,and the results of antimony are in good agreement with reference values.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of 9 standard soil detections is 3.61%,and the recoveries of real samples is 95%~102%.The recovery of Selenium is only 62%~76%processed by aqua regia digestion.This is because the aqua regia digestion cannot completely decompose the soil,which might because the samples can not completely break down the soil.
