摘 要:针对现有谷子播种机播种量大、谷种表皮易损伤的问题,设计了1种气吸式谷子精量穴播机,并对其整体结构及关键部件进行了分析。通过理论分析确定了传动系统、仿形机构、肥箱等部件的相关参数,利用Solidworks三维设计软件对机架进行静态应力分析。结果表明,机架最小安全系数为2.00,最大应力为1.18e+10 N/m2,最大应变为4.05e-4,最大位移量为1.42 mm。采用样机田间试验和静态试验检验了播种性能。结果表明,谷苗株距合格率为86.67%~91.33%,株距变异系数为15.84%~29.42%,空穴率为1.33%~4.67%,种子破损率为0.43%,各指标均满足播种机质量评价标准和谷子农艺专家要求。Aiming at the problems of large seeding amount of millet planter and the skin of the grain is easy to be damaged, an air-suction precision hill-drop planter of millet was designed. The structure and key components were analyzed. The parameters of the transmission system, profiling mechanism and fertilizer box were confirmed. The static stress analysis results of the frame by SolidWorks software show that the minimum safety coefficient, the maximum stress, the maximum strain and the maximum displacement are 2.00, 1.18 e+10 N/m2, 4.05 e-4, and 1.42 mm, respectively. Field and static tests show that the qualified rate of plant spacing, the variation coefficient of plant spacing, the rate of no-seed hill and the seed damage rate are 86.67%-91.33%, 15.84%-29.42%, 1.33%-4.67%, and 0.43%, respectively, which all meet the requirements of industry and agronomy experts.
