摘　　要：分析了健康中国战略下麻醉人才需求。介绍了川北医学院麻醉应用型示范专业培养体系的实践经验。在加强麻醉专业应用型人才培养的进程中,应建章立制,科学管理;发挥教师的主体作用;将医学人文精神融入麻醉专业教育中去。The demand for anesthetic talents under the strategy of healthy China is analyzed.This paper introduces the practical experience of establishing a training system for applied anesthetic demonstration specialty in North Sichuan Medical College.It is considered that in the process of strengthening the training of applied talents in anesthesia specialty,rules and regulations should be established,scientific management should be carried out,teachers’main role should be brought into play,and medical humanistic spirit should be integrated into the education of anesthesia specialty.
