摘 要:开展《医院管理学概论》案例教学符合建构主义学习理论。开展案例教学的主要步骤是:教学内容的重新设计、教学案例的精选与设计、案例教学的组织与开展。在案例教学的组织中,教师既可作为参与讨论的一员,也可作为课堂讨论的支持者与服务者,从而将课堂变成一个彼此欣赏与对话的平台。总体看来,我校《医院管理学概论》案例式教学改革效果良好。在今后的教学中,一方面要进一步优化案例教学设计,不断推出新的优质案例,另一面要适应“互联网+”的教育教学发展趋势,线上与线下相结合,大幅度提升案例教学效果。The case teaching of Introduction to Hospital Management accords with constructivism learning theory.Our main steps in case teaching are:the redesign of teaching content,the selection and design of teaching cases,the organization and development of case teaching.In the organization of case teaching,teachers can be used not only as a member of the discussion,but also as a supporter and server of classroom discussion,thus turning the classroom into a platform for mutual appreciation and dialogue.In generally,the case teaching reform of Introduction to Hospital Management in our school acquired a good effect.In the future teaching,on the one hand,we should further optimize the case teaching design,constantly introduce new high-quality cases,on the other hand,we should adapt to the development trend of internet plus education and teaching,combine online and offline,improve the effect of case teaching greatly.
