摘　　要：甲状腺外科是外科学下的一个分支学科,外科手术是甲状腺疾病治疗尤其是恶性疾病治疗最有效的措施。现阶段新冠肺炎疫情防控要求网络教学为主,高等医科院校甲状腺外科学教学也需要探索新颖、高效的在线教学模式。“益心保甲”微信公众号作为甲状腺外科网络自主学习平台,汇聚往年实施翻转课堂中优秀课件及视频辅助教学。此模式对传统课堂教学是一种有效补充,尤其适用于疫情期的线上教学。Thyroid surgery is a branch of surgery,and surgery is the most effective measure for the treatment of thyroid diseases,especially malignant diseases.At the current stage,the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic requires online teaching,and thyroid surgery teaching in medical colleges and universities also needs to explore new and efficient online teaching models.The“Yixin Baojia”WeChat public account,as an independent learning platform for thyroid surgery network,brings together the best courseware and video-assisted teaching in previous years to flip classrooms.This model is an effective supplement to traditional classroom teaching,especially for online teaching during epidemic periods.
