不同播种期对白花前胡抽苔开花和产量的影响

摘　　要：白花前胡属伞形科多年生草本植物。根供药用,为传统常用中药。为获得白花前胡的最适播种期,本研究采用随机区组设计,探索不同播种期对白花前胡抽苔及产量的影响。结果表明:1月上旬及其以前播种的抽苔开花率在50%以上,3月份及其以后播种的抽苔开花率在10%以下。以1月1日播种产量最高达350 kg/667m^2,2月12日和2月26日次之,分别为332 kg/667m^2和303 kg/667m^2,以5月21日播种的产量最低仅60 kg/667m^2。通过播期协调,当以抽薹率不高又能获得较高的产量2月份到3月上旬播种为宜。Peucedanum praeruptorum is a kind of umbelliferaeperennial herb.Its root is a tranditional Chinese medicine and can be used for medicinal purposes.In order to obtain the optimal sowing period of P.praeruptorum,we conducted a random block design to explore the effects of different sowing periods on bolting and yield of P.praeruptorum.The results showed that the bolting and flowering rate of P.praeruptorum sown in early January and before was above 50%,and the bolting and flowering rate sown in March and after was below 10%.The highest yield of P.praeruptorum was 350 kg/667 m2 when sown on January,followed by 12th February(332 kg/667 m2)and 26 th February(303 kg/667 m2).The lowest yield of P.praeruptorum was only 60 kg/667 m2when sown on 21st May.it was appropriate to sow from February to early March when the bolting rate was not high and a high yield can be obtained.
