摘  要:研究了天然橡胶(NR)与反式聚异戊二烯(TPI)的配比对NR/TPI形状记忆复合材料力学性能、热性能、形状记忆性能等的影响。结果表明,随着NR用量的增加,NR/TPI形状记忆复合材料的交联密度略有降低,拉伸强度、100%和300%定伸应力及硬度均逐渐减小,而扯断伸长率逐渐增大,呈现出塑性形变增大的趋势;储能模量逐渐减小而损耗因子呈现升高趋势;结晶部分含量的减少导致复合材料的形状记忆性能逐渐下降。当NR与TPI的质量比为40/60时复合材料的综合性能较好。The effects of blending ratio of natural rubber(NR)and trans-polyisoprene(TPI)on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and shape memory properties of NR/TPI shape memory composites were studied.The results showed that with the increase of NR amount,the crosslinking density of NR/TPI shape memory composite decreased slightly,the tensile strength,modulus at 100%and 300%,and hardness decreased gradually,while the elongation at break increased,showing the trend of increase in plastic deformation.The storage modulus of the composites decreased with the increase of NR amount,while the loss factor increased.The reduction in crystalline content led to the decrease of shape memory performance of composites.The composites had the best comprehensive performance when the blending mass ratio of NR to TPI was 40/60.
