摘  要:在Ni(naph)2(Ni)-Al(i-Bu)3(Al)-BF3·OEt2(B)三元催化丁二烯聚合体系中加入单体质量分数3%的含丁二烯(Bd)结构单元的低聚物,研究了催化剂各组分配比对单体转化率、胶液黏度和聚合物支化度的影响。结果表明,低聚物的存在会增加聚合物的支化结构,导致其分子量下降、胶液黏度降低,凝胶质量分数小于0.5%。固定Ni-Al-B催化剂中其他组分的用量,增大Ni与Bd的摩尔比,聚合物的支化程度先提高后降低,Al与B的增大会提高支化度。In this paper,branching cis-1,4-polybutadiene(BR)can be fabricated by the introduction of the structural regulators in the initial stage of reaction with the nickel-based catalytic system consisting of nickel naphthenate(Ni)-triisobutyl aluminum(Al)-boron trifluoride(B).Furthermore,the effects of the amount of catalyst and the introduction of structural regulators[SR,low molecular weight polymer with butadiene unit mole fraction of 70%and relative molecular mass(Mn)of 4000]in the initial stage of reaction on the Mn,solution viscosity and branching degree of the resulting polymers were investigated.
