摘  要:以NaY型分子筛为原料,采用柠檬酸(CTA)处理及十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)自组装法合成出介孔NaY型分子筛,并制得模型催化剂,在中试提升管反应器上评价了催化剂的反应性能。结果表明:NaY型分子筛经CTA处理后,硅铝比(摩尔比)增大,表面产生了许多凹陷;且经CTAB自组装合成后,表面凹陷明显减少,并出现了大量的介孔;与NaY型分子筛相比,自组装合成的介孔NaY型分子筛其介孔比表面积和孔体积分别增加了185 m^2/g和0.12 cm^3/g。在等剂油比(质量比)和相近转化率2种条件下,与含有镧改性NaY型分子筛的对比催化剂相比,模型催化剂表现出更低的焦炭和干气选择性。Mesoporous zeolite Y was prepared by self-assembly synthesis from citric acid treated zeolite NaY and organic template CTAB,the model catalyst was prepared and the reaction performance of the catalyst was evaluated in a pilot riser reactor.The results showed that after the citric acid treatment,the silica to alumina ratio for the resulting zeolite increased and a large number of dents were found on the external surface.These dents disappeared after self-assembly synthesis of the zeolite,and simultaneously it yielded a large quantity of mesopores.Compared with zeolite NaY,the surface area and pore volume of mesopores for the resulting zeolite using CTAB template were increased by 185 m^2/g and 0.12 cm^3/g,respectively.The results of pilot-scale riser showed that under the iso-cat/oil and close conversion conditions,the model catalyst containing mesoporous zeolite Y showed lower coke and gas selectivity.
