摘 要:为解决中国石油独山子石化公司60万t/a芳烃抽提装置甲苯收率及质量不达标的问题,采用VMG Sim流程模拟软件,选择Advanced Peng-Robinson物性方程对芳烃抽提装置脱重塔进行了流程模拟。结果表明:脱重塔脱C≥9组分时,出口物料中三苯单体组成模拟结果准确,C≥9组分模拟值与实测值偏差0.145个百分点,塔底物料模拟结果误差较大;脱重塔脱C≥8组分时,与脱C≥9组分相比,在塔顶回流量不变,塔底抽出量由0.70 t/h提高至6.20 t/h,塔顶回流温度、塔顶温度、塔底温度分别降低2.0,4.9,6.9℃的条件下,塔顶甲苯和C8芳烃收率依次为99.87%,5.75%,塔底甲苯质量分数为0.355%。In order to solve the yield and quality problem of toluene in the 0.6 Mt/a aromatics extraction unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,the process flow simulation calculation was established on the de-heavy fractionator with VMG Sim process simulation software by adopting the Advanced Peng-Robinson property equation.The results showed that while C≥9 composition were taken off by de-heavy fractionator,the simulation value of export material of three styrene monomer were accurate,the deviation of C≥9 composition simulated values and measured values was 0.145 percent point;the bottom material simulation error was relatively big;comparing to C≥9 composition were taken off by de-heavy fractionator under constant tower top back flow,when taking off C≥8 composition,the extraction amout of tower bottom increased from 0.70 t/h to 6.20 t/h,the reflux temperature and temperature of tower top and tower bottom decrease 2.0,4.9,6.9℃respectively,the yield of toluene and C8 aromatics of tower top were 99.87%and 5.75%,the mass fraction toluene of tower bottom was 0.355%.
