摘　　要：在中国石油云南石化有限公司330万t/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了多产丙烯高辛烷值助剂LHP-A的工业应用。标定结果表明:在相同工况下,与空白标定相比,LHP-A占系统藏量达到5%时,汽油、焦炭、总液体收率分别降低了2.69,0.17,0.70个百分点,柴油、油浆、干气、液化气、丙烯收率分别增加了0.59,0.53,0.35,1.40,0.94个百分点;液化气中丙烯体积分数增加了2.44个百分点;汽油干点降低了7.72℃,烯烃体积分数增加了2.1个百分点,辛烷值增加了1.3个单位;轻柴油十六烷值增加了1.5个单位。Propylene maximizing and high octane number additive LHP-A was industrial applied in the 3.3 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Yunnan Petrochemical Company,PetroChina.The results showed that under the same operation conditions and compared with the blank calibration,when system inventory of LHP-A reached 5%,the yields of gasoline,coke and total liquid decreased 2.69,0.17,0.70 percentage points respectively,the yields of diesel oil,slurry,dry gas,liquefied petroleum gas and propylene increased by 0.59,0.53,0.35,1.40,0.94 percentage points respectively;the volume fraction of propylene in liquefied petroleum gas increased by 2.44 percentage points,the dry point of gasoline reduced 7.72℃,the volume fraction of olefin in gasoline increased 2.1 pecent points,the octane number of gasoline increased by 1.3 units;cetane number of light diesel oil increased 1.5 units.
