摘  要:介绍了YS-BR 1266型水溶性缓蚀剂在中国石化北海炼化有限公司210万t/a催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况,分析了水溶性缓蚀剂对催化裂化产品性质以及防腐效果的影响。结果表明:与加注油溶性缓蚀剂相比,加注YS-BR 1266型水溶性缓蚀剂后,催化裂化干气、液化气及稳定汽油产品的性质未发生明显变化,达到稳定期后,催化裂化酸性水中铁离子质量浓度降至0.17 mg/L。The industrial application of YS-BR 1266 water soluble corrosion inhibitor in the 2.1 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)unit of Beihai Refining and Chemical Co Ltd,SINOPEC,was introduced,and the influences of water soluble corrosion inhibitor on the properties of catalytic cracking products and the anti-corrosion effect were analyzed.The results showed that compared with oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor,after adding YS-BR 1266 water-soluble corrosion inhibitor,there were no significant change on properties of catalytic dry gas,catalytic liquid products and stable gasoline product.After reaching the stable period,the mass concentration of iron ion in FCC acidic water decreased to 0.17 mg/L.
