催化裂化装置再生斜管优化改造

摘　　要：对中海油惠州石化有限公司1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置再生斜管出现振动、红斑和局部热点等运行问题进行了分析,并对再生斜管进行了优化改造。结果表明:通过采取再生剂出口改造,再生斜管密度测量位置调整,输送管增加松动点,衬里锚固钉改形等优化措施后,再生斜管振动振幅由3~5 mm降低至1 mm以下,反应温度波动幅度由15℃降低至±1℃,再生滑阀压降由2~6 kPa提高至30 kPa,外壁温度不高于200℃。The operation problems such as vibration,red dots and local hot spots of regenerated inclined pipe in the 1.2 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)unit of Huizhou Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC,were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The results showed that after adopting countermeasures such as regenerated catalyst outlet revamp,regenerator inclined pipe density measurement position adjustment,adding loose points in transfer conducts,inner lining rivet modificationand other modifications,the vibration amplitude of regenerator inclined pipe was decreased from 3-5 mm to 1 mm,the reaction temperature fluctuation range was reduced from 15℃to±1℃,the regeneration slide valve′s pressure drop was increased from 2-6 kPa to 30 kPa,and the outer wall temperature was lower than 200℃.
