摘 要:从工艺特点,催化剂种类及活性,原料、催化剂及公用工程消耗等方面,对气相法聚丙烯Spherizone工艺和Horizone工艺进行了技术对比。结果表明:2种工艺都能提供多种转让牌号,Horizone工艺在车用聚丙烯方面的应用更有优势,其高乙烯、高橡胶含量的NEWCON产品具有良好的刚韧平衡性;Spherizone工艺的单体、催化剂和公用工程典型单耗均低于Horizone工艺。Spherizone and Horizone gas phase polypropylene processing technologies were compared between their technical characteristics,types and activities of catalysts,consumptions of raw materials,catalysts and utilities,etc.The results showed that both technologies could provide many transfer brands of polypropylene,Horizone technology had more advantages in automobile polypropylene,its NEWCON products with high ethylene and high rubber contents showed better balance between rigidity and toughness.The monomer,catalyst and typical unit utilities consumption of Spherizone technology were lower than Horizone technology.
