摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是湖北省武汉市疾病预防控制中心监测发现的不明原因肺炎,引起该肺炎的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)传染性较强,已有一线医务人员感染。本文结合防控实践,对送四川省疾病预防控制中心进行新冠肺炎检测标本的采集、转运及实验室检测、废弃物处理等环节的生物安全防护进行探讨,为实验室生物安全防控提出相关建议。COVID-19 is a novel infectious disease identified by the center for disease control and prevention in Wuhan, Hubei Province in December, 2019. The novel coronavirus(SARS-Cov-2) that caused the pneumonia was highly infectious. Infections of doctors and nurses in the front line are often reported. This article aims to discuss about the biosecurity protection of laboratory during the Specimen collection, transport, laboratory sample testing and the biological waste disposal process in Sichuan CDC in combination with the prevention and control practices aiming to put forward the relevant suggestions for biosecurity control in the lab.
