弓形虫全抗原免疫对雏鸡生长与器官发育的影响

摘　　要：为研究弓形虫ΔKu80株全抗原免疫对雏鸡生长和器官发育的影响,试验选用7日龄的罗曼蛋鸡公母各40只,分为8组,每组10只,分别皮下注射不同剂量的弓形虫ΔKu80株全抗原,每日观察各组鸡只的临床症状,记录体重变化,并在免疫后第28天进行剖检,采集各器官进行器官指数分析。结果表明:各组公鸡和母鸡的体重变化趋势一致,除公鸡组肝脏指数有差异外,其他各组各器官指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验所用的弓形虫ΔKu80株全抗原疫苗对雏鸡的生长和重要器官的发育无不良影响,以1×10~6个/只弓形虫ΔKu80株全抗原疫苗的剂量免疫雏鸡,能够促进公鸡的肝脏发育和母鸡生长。To study the effects of vaccinating holoantigen of Toxoplasma gondiiΔKu80 strain on growth and organ development of chickens,the experiment was conducted using 40 male and 40 female seven-day-old Roman chickens to divide into 8 groups and 10 chickens for each group.Each group was vaccinated with holoantigen of Toxoplasma gondiiΔKu80 strain in different doses by subcutaneous injection.Then the clinical symptoms and the weight were recorded every day and all kinds of organs were collected by chicken autopsy to analyze the organ index at 28th day after immunization.The results showed that the changes were consistent in the weight of roosters and hens of each group.Meanwhile,there was no significant diffrence in organ index among each group except for the difference of liver index in the roosters groups.The results indicated that holoantigen holoantigen of Toxoplasma gondiiΔKu80 strain vaccine had no adverse effect on growth and organ development of chickens.At the same time,immunizing each chicken with a dose of 1×106 holoantigen of Toxoplasma gondiiΔKu80 strain could enhance the liver development of male chickens and growth of female chickens.Our study would provide fundamental basis for deeply discussing to construct a vaccine strain of Toxoplasma gondii for poultry by Toxoplasma gondiiΔKu80 strain as vaccine vector.
