摘 要:确定差异改性沥青路面的合理沥青配合比对于路面工程的施工具有重大意义,本文根据南宁市凤岭北路-高速环路立交工程,所在地区地理及气候条件,为了增强差异改性沥青路面材料的高温稳定性,减少低温弯曲和冻融劈裂,降低抗车辙和水的渗透和其他路面病害的发生,对改性沥青材料进行了配合比的设计。基于集料的选择和级配确定,简述了作为面层材料的SMA、AC-20C、AC-25C和应力吸收层ARAC-10F混合料的配合比设计、SMA-13混合料施工及技术质量控制要求;结合本项目施工时可能会出现的技术质量问题,进行了分析和总结。it is of great significance to determine the reasonable asphalt mix proportion of the different modified asphalt pavement for the construction of the pavement engineering.According to the geographic and climatic conditions of the area of Fengling North Road Expressway Overpass Project in Nanning,in order to enhance the high-temperature stability of the different modified asphalt pavement materials,reduce the low-temperature bending and freeze-thaw splitting,reduce the resistance to rutting and water penetration and other roads For the occurrence of surface diseases,the mix proportion of modified asphalt materials was designed.Based on the selection of aggregate and the determination of gradation,this paper introduces the mix proportion design,construction and technical quality control requirements of SMA,AC-20C,AC-25C and arac-10f as the surface material,and analyzes and summarizes the technical quality problems that may occur during the construction of this project.
