摘 要:针对采煤机销轴间隙引起的采高检测误差问题,分析出销轴间隙产生的原因是销轴、轴孔磨损和锥套松动。通过建立采高误差数学模型,推导出销轴间隙大小对采高影响的计算公式,并通过采煤机设计实例说明滚筒中心的随机分布范围边界类椭圆,销轴间隙与传感器测量值变化线性相关。提出了采高误差补偿和采煤机销轴更换提醒的自动化采煤机设计思路。In view of the detection error of the cutting height caused by shearer pin clearance,the paper concluded the pin clearance was resulted from abrasion of pin and pinhole as well as loosening of cone sleeve.After establishing the mathematical model of cutting height error,it derived the formulas of calculating the influence of pin clearance on the cutting height,and taking a shearer design example to illustrate the random distribution range of the drum center was similar to ellipse,the relationship of the pin clearance and the measured sensor value was related linearly.At last,the design idea of automatic shearer was put forward involving the compensation of the cutting height error and the reminding of pin replacement.
