摘  要:为了满足矿用履带式钻孔设备爬坡能力试验要求,同时适应不同设备不同设计坡度值的现场应用情况,设计了一套可调节角度的爬坡能力试验台。通过分析爬坡能力对矿用履带式钻孔设备整机性能的重要性及标准试验要求,结合目前产品现状及未来发展趋势,确定了矿用履带式钻孔设备爬坡能力试验方法及设计参数,完成了试验台整体方案设计。通过机械结构设计、受力计算、关键零部件强度校核、液压系统设计计算、高精度倾角传感器选型等步骤,完成了试验台各部分的设计与研制。该试验台不仅满足了标准规定的试验要求,同时能够实现角度调节,调节过程中能够实时显示当前坡度值,提高了爬坡能力试验方法的科学性及试验数据的准确性。In order to meet the requirements of test for the climbing ability of the mine crawler-type drilling equipment,and adapt to the field application of various equipments on various design slope,a set of obliquity adjustable test bench for climbing ability was designed.After analyzing the importance of climbing ability on the performance of mine crawler-type drilling equipment and the test requirements specified in standard,in combination with the current product status and the future development trend,the test method for climbing ability of the mine crawler-type drilling equipment and the design parameters were determined,and then the whole design scheme for the test bench was completed.Through the design of mechanical structure,force calculation,strength checking of key parts,design and calculation of hydraulic system,model selecting of high-precision obliquity sensor,the design and development of each part of the test bench were achieved.The test bench not only met the test requirements specified in standard,but realized the obliquity adjustment during which the current slope value displayed online,which improved the scientificity of the climbing ability test method and the accuracy of the test data.
