摘  要:传统的副井提升系统存在运行效率低、人工成本高、安全隐患风险大、劳动强度高等一系列问题。通过对副井提升机的操作、运行和监控三大主要模块进行分析,提出了"一键式操作、电梯式运行"的方案,并进行了工程实践,可满足矿山降本增效、减员增效以及对高效低耗设备的需求,响应了国家安监总局推进的"副井提升机机器人替代工程"的号召,达到了预期的效果。There is a series of problems about traditional auxiliary shaft hoisting system such as low operation efficiency,high labor cost,high potential risk and high labor intensity etc.After three main modules of operation,running and monitoring of the hoist in auxiliary shaft being analyzed,the scheme of one-click operation and elevator-type running was proposed and put into engineering practice.It met the requirements of cost and staff reduction,efficiency improvement,high efficiency and low consumption of equipments,and responded the call of ’auxiliary shaft hoist robot replacement project’ promoted by National Coal Mine Safety Administration,reached expected effects.
