摘　　要：为了解决某赤铁精矿压滤机滤饼带式输送机运行过程中撒料、电动机频繁跳停等问题,通过对带式输送机的相关设计参数及其工艺配置进行分析,提出了解决带式输送机撒料以及降低电动机负荷的整改措施,并探讨了该类型带式输送机的选型设计方法,可为同类型带式输送机的选型设计提供参考。In order to solve the problems such as material spillage and frequent tripping of the motor during the operation of the belt conveyor delivering the filter cake from a hematite concentrate filter press,the paper analyzed the related design parameters and technical configuration of the belt conveyor,and proposed rectification measures to solve the material spillage and reduce the motor load of the belt conveyor.It also discussed the model selection design method for the same type of the belt conveyor,which offered reference for the model selection design of the same type of the belt conveyor.
