摘  要:使用微孔滤膜过滤,能有效降低絮凝预处理的实验室空白值,该方法满足地表水中氨氮的测定。当标准物质浓度为0.100~1.60 mg/L时,测定平均值为0.086~1.63 mg/L,RSD值4.01%~8.85%。水样加标回收率为85.4%~106%。实验结果表明,该方法准确可靠、灵敏度好、操作简便,适用于地表水中氨氮分析要求。The use of microporous filter membrane can effectively reduce the laboratory blank of flocculation pretreatment.This method meets the determination of ammonia nitrogen in surface water.When the concentration of the standard substance was 0.100 mg/L^1.60 mg/L,the measured average value was 0.086 mg/L^1.63 mg/L,and the RSD value was 4.01%~8.85%.The recovery rate of water sample spiked was 85.4%~106%.Experimental results showed that the method is accurate,reliable,sensitive and easy to operate,and was suitable for the analysis of ammonia nitrogen in surface water.
