润肺平喘方联合沙丁胺醇对支气管哮喘患儿近期疗效和血清VEGF水平及潮气量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨润肺平喘方联合沙丁胺醇对支气管哮喘患儿近期疗效、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平及每千克体重潮气量的影响。方法依据随机数字表法将2017年6月—2019年2月期间温州市中西医结合医院接诊的112例支气管哮喘患儿分为2组,对照组56例接受沙丁胺醇治疗,研究组56例接受润肺平喘方联合沙丁胺醇治疗,评价近期疗效,记录症状消失所用时间,测定血清VEGF、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-10(IL-10)水平,对比潮式呼吸参数与不良反应发生率。结果对照组总有效率(76.79%)明显低于研究组(94.64%,P<0.05);对照组喘息消失、肺部喘鸣音消失、胸闷消失、咳嗽消失所用时间均明显长于研究组(t=10.333、9.488、10.784、5.917,均P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清VEGF、CRP水平明显低于对照组(t=15.753、7.213,均P<0.05),血清IL-10水平明显高于对照组(t=4.763,P<0.05);治疗后研究组呼吸频率明显低于对照组(t=3.638,P<0.05),每千克体重潮气量、达峰时间比、达峰容积比明显高于对照组(t=4.496、4.005、5.257,均P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(3.57%)明显低于对照组(16.07%,χ^2=4.940,P<0.05)。结论在沙丁胺醇治疗的基础上搭配使用润肺平喘方,既可宣肺止咳,又可达到化痰平喘之效果,在短时间消除支气管哮喘患儿临床症状,改善血清VEGF、CRP、IL-10水平,使潮式呼吸肺功能趋于正常,且具有较高安全性。Objective To investigate the influences of Runfei Pingchuan Prescription combined with salbutamol on short-term efficacy,the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and tidal volume per kilogram of body weight of children with bronchial asthma.Methods Total 112 children with bronchial asthma received in Wenzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(56 cases)were treated with salbutamol,while the study group(56 cases)were treated with Runfei Pingchuan Prescription combined with salbutamol.The short-term efficacy was evaluated,and the disappearance time of symptoms was recorded.The levels of serum VEGF,C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were measured.The tidal breathing parameters and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was significantly(76.79%)lower than that of the study group(94.64%,P<0.05).The disappearance times of wheezing,pulmonary wheezing,chest tightness and cough in the control group were significantly longer than those in the study group(t=10.333,9.488,10.784,5.917,all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum VEGF and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=15.753,7.213,all P<0.05),and the serum IL-10 level was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=4.763,P<0.05).The respiratory rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=3.638,P<0.05).The tidal volume,peak time ratio,and peak volume ratio per kilogram of body weight were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=4.496,4.005,5.257,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.57%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 16.07%(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of salbutamol treatment,Runfei Pingchuan Prescription can not only disperse lung Qi and relieve cough but also r
