摘 要:目的探讨血清人脯氨酸肽酶(PLD)在2型糖尿病患者的影响因素及其与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系.方法选取2型糖尿病住院患者56例,根据彩色多普勒超声监测结果分为2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块组(A组)28例,单纯2型糖尿病组(B组)28例,另选同期健康体检者28名作为正常对照组(C组),采集各组血清,ELISA测定血清PLD浓度.结果C组、B组和A组血清PLD浓度依次下降(P<0.05或P<0.01).Pearson相关性分析显示血清PLD与年龄、病程、BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、hsCRP、FPG、FIns、HOMA-IR、HbA1c皆无相关性.多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,PLD是CAS的独立影响因素.结论血清PLD浓度在2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块患者中下降,可能在2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化形成中发挥作用.Objective To investigate the influence factors of serum prolidase(PLD)levels to explore the relationship between serum PLD and carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 56 cases of T2DM were selected.According to the results of color doppler ultrasonography,the patients were divided into T2DM with CAS group(group A,n=28)and simple T2DM group(group B,n=28).28 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group(group C)during the same period.ELISA method was used to detect the level of serum PLD.Results Serum PLD concentrations were gradually decreased in groupC,B,and A(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that serum PLD was in-correlated with age,duration,BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,hsCRP,FPG,FIns,HOMA-IR and HbA lc.Multiple regression analysis showed that PLD was the independent factors of CAS.Conclusion Serum PLD concentrations significantly decreased in patients with T2DM and CAS,and may play an important role in the formation of atherosclerosis in T2DM.
