摘 要:为了获知精梳工艺与精梳棉网横条弯钩的关系,实现良好的精梳加工质量,对钳板输送须丛与分离罗拉的碰撞时刻、碰撞弯钩长度进行了建模分析与计算机编程计算。不同精梳工艺下的计算结果表明:分离罗拉顺转定时一定时,落棉隔距越大、给棉长度越短、曲柄半径越长,须丛与分离罗拉边缘的碰撞时刻推后,须丛的头端弯钩长度变短,分离罗拉输出棉网的质量得到改善,后退给棉时精梳棉网的横条弯钩现象重于前进给棉时。试验研究结论与计算机计算结果有良好的相关性。In order to find out the relationship between combing process and crossbar hook of combed cotton net and achieve good combing quality,modeling analysis and computer programming calculation are carried out for the collision time and the length of the collision hook between the conveying whisker of clamp plate and the separating roller.The calculation results under different combing processes show that when the timing of separating roller is fixed,the larger the separation distance,the shorter the feeding length and the longer the crank radius are,the later the collision time between the fringe and the separating roller,the shorter the hook length at the head end of the fringe,the better the quality of the output cotton net of separating roller,and the more serious the cross bar hook phenomenon of combing cotton net are in feeding cotton backward than in forward.There is a good correlation between the experimental results and the computer calculation results.
