摘　　要：采用经起花组织,地组织为平纹,设计了阻燃涤纶儿童窗帘面料,搭配明亮鲜艳的颜色构造出简单而富有新意的织物外观效应。对儿童窗帘面料进行了原材料的选择、样品风格设计、规格设计、纱线设计以及结构设计。窗帘面料设计为色织物,织造前纱线要经络松筒、前处理、染色、络筒、整经和织造等工序,并对坯布进行后整理,使织物结构更加稳定。阻燃性能测试结果表明:织物经向阻燃等级为B1,纬向阻燃等级为B2。The flame-retardant polyester children’s curtain fabric is designed by using the jacquard weave and plain weave.The simple and innovative fabric appearance effect is constructed by combining brilliant and bright colors.The selection of raw materials,sample style design,specification design,yarn design and specification structure design are carried out.The product is designed as a colored fabric.Before weaving,the yarn should go through such processes as winding,pretreatment,dyeing,winding,warping and weaving.The fabric structure would be more stable after finishing.The results show that the warp and weft flame retardant grades are B1 and B2 respectively.
