摘 要:织物的拒水拒油特性是服装的重要性能之一。为测试织物的拒水拒油性能,以图像法和称重法分别测量织物拒水和拒油特性,并根据所提出的测试方法研制了一种新型测试装置。该装置可以模拟液滴与织物表面相接触的动态过程,从而快速对拒水拒油性能进行评价。分别定义了润湿比和拒油率两个指标来表征织物的拒水和拒油特性。介绍了测试装置的测量原理、装置设计和试验结果,并与AATCC标准所得测试结果进行相关性分析,得出R2=0.8699,验证了结果的准确性。The water and oil repellency of fabric is one of the important properties of clothing.In order to test the water and oil repellency of fabrics,the water and oil repellency of fabrics are measured by image method and weight method respectively,and a new testing device is developed according to the proposed testing method.The device can simulate the dynamic process of liquid droplets in contact with the surface of the fabric,thereby the water and oil repellency can be quickly evaluated.Wetness ratio and oil repellency are defined respectively to characterize the water and oil repellency of the fabric.In addition,the measurement principle,experimental device and discussion of the test results of the instrument are introduced,and the correlation analysis between the test results obtained by AATCC standard is obtained with R2=0.8699,which verifies the accuracy of the results.
