摘　　要：目的:报道6例超小切口肾移植(super-minimal incision kidney transplantation,SMIKT)病例,进一步探索其在肾移植中的应用。方法:回顾性总结6例SMIKT患者的临床资料:手术时间,切口大小,术后疼痛评分,术后1个月瘢痕评分及肾功能情况。结果:6例受体肾移植平均手术时间为(95±33)min,切口大小平均为(6.1±1.1)cm,术后3 d平均疼痛评分分别为2.7±0.7、2.2±0.3、2.3±0.5。术后使用镇痛泵镇痛,第2天均停用,术后1个月手术疤痕评分6.85±0.58,血肌酐(98±16)μmol/L。结论:本研究SMIKT切口长度短,对病人损害小,对于体重指数<25 kg/m2的受体可尝试应用此种术式。目前样本量较少,且随访时间短,需更多的样本来充实数据,进一步证明其优势。Objective:To report 6 cases super-minimal incision kidney transplantation,to further explore its application in renal transplantation.Methods:To review the clinical data of 6 cases of SMIKToperative time,incision size,postoperative pain score,scar score and renal function 1 month after operation.Results:The average operation time of 6 recipients was(95±33)min,the average incision size was(6.1±1.1)cm,the average pain scores of three days after operation were 2.7±0.7,2.2±0.3,2.3±0.5.postoperative analgesia with analgesia pump,no use on the second day,one month after operation,the scar score was 6.85±0.58,and the serum creatinine was(98±16)umol/L.Conclusion:The length of incision in the study SMIKT was short,little harm to patients,for the receptor with BMI<25 kg/m2,this method can be used.At the same time,the current sample capacity of the study was small and the follow-up time was short,more samples will be needed to enrich the data and further prove its advantages in the future.
