摘　　要：文章以某手动挡车型5档同步啮合变速箱作为研究对象,分析汽车变速箱产生振动噪声的原因。对变速箱整体部件进行噪声仿真分析,利用声固耦合对变速箱进行外部场域单向耦合,考虑噪声的传播途径、分布情况以及具体频率,得到变速箱的箱体外表面声压级分布情况和噪声辐射等声学特性。In this paper, the 5-speed synchromesh gearbox of a manual transmission is taken as the research object. The reason of the noise of the automobile gearbox is analyzed. The software carries on noise simulation analysis to the whole parts of gearbox, and using the sound-solid coupling to carry on the external field one-way coupling to the gearbox, taking into account The acoustic characteristics of the gearbox, such as the distribution of sound pressure level on the external surface and noise radiation, are obtained.
