摘　　要：ICD编码正确对确保研究资料及医院绩效评价、医保付费准确性具有重要作用,随着疾病诊断相关分类(DRGs)的广泛推广应用,医院对ICD编码提出更高的要求。异物损伤属于意外伤害的一大类别,儿童是异物伤害的高发人群,准备编码有助于提高临床对患儿治疗的准确性。本文通过分析我院儿童异物损伤的病历资料,分析不同异物损伤的疾病编码常见问题,总结了此类疾病的编码要点,旨在固化编码流程以确保编码的准确性。The correct ICD code has an important role in ensuring the accuracy of research data,hospital performance evaluation,and medical insurance payment.With the widespread promotion and application of disease diagnosis-related classifications(DRGs),hospitals have put forward higher requirements for ICD codes.Foreign body injury belongs to a large category of accidental injuries.Children are a high-incidence group of foreign body injuries.Preparing the code will help improve the accuracy of clinical treatment of children.This article analyzes the medical records of children's foreign body injuries in our hospital,analyzes the common problems of disease coding of different foreign body injuries,and summarizes the coding points of such diseases,aiming to solidify the coding process to ensure the accuracy of the coding.
