摘　　要：目的探讨理血剂类中药注射剂临床使用合理性与药物利用研究在药品中的风险评估。方法抽取某医院2018年12月~2019年9月临床使用理血剂类中药注射剂120份,采用药品说明书推荐评价、药物利用研究等综合评价方法,探讨理血剂类中药注射剂在临床使用的合理性问题。结果药品说明书推荐评价指标合理性百分比西医辨病(31.67%)、中医辨病(15.00%)、中医辨证(50.83%)3项评价指标合理性百分率相对偏低。4种中药注射剂中血塞通总体用药频度最高,总体用药强度最高;丹参注射液、注射用血塞通临床超剂量使用情况严重。结论临床药师应加强该医院中药注射剂合理用药监测,尤其是中医辨病、中医辨证、溶媒选择、给药剂量以及浓度,在中药注射剂临床合理使用中发挥积极作用。Objective To explore the rationality of the clinical use of blood-injection Chinese medicine injections and the risk assessment of drug utilization studies in medicines.Methods Extract 120 clinical injections of Chinese medicines for blood use in a hospital from December 2018 to September 2019,and use comprehensive evaluation methods such as drug label recommendations and drug utilization studies to discuss the rationality of the clinical use of Chinese medicines for blood preparations problem.Results The rationality percentage of the recommended evaluation indicators for drug inserts was relatively low for the three evaluation indicators(31.67%),TCM differentiation(15.00%),and TCM syndrome differentiation(50.83%).The rationality percentage of the three evaluation indicators is relatively low.Among the four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections,Xuesaitong has the highest overall frequency and the highest overall intensity;Danshen injection,Xuesaitong for injection.The clinical overdose usage is serious.Conclusion The clinical pharmacist should strengthen the monitoring of the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,especially the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation,solvent selection,dosage and concentration of administration,and play an active role in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
