摘　　要：钙敏感受体自从被发现以来就引起了人们广泛的兴趣。目前许多研究已经阐述了CaSR的结构及其介导的信号传导通路,但CaSR在泌尿系疾病的发生、发展中所起的具体作用却不甚清楚。泌尿系结石、前列腺癌、肾细胞癌是常见的泌尿系疾病,而肾脏纤维化则是各种终末期肾病的共同病理表现,这些泌尿系疾病严重威胁着人类的健康。目前关于钙敏感受体在上述疾病中的作用机制相对较少,针对钙敏感受体的治疗药物缺乏,相信随着对钙敏感受体与泌尿系疾病的进一步研究,会为泌尿系疾病的治疗提供新的药物及治疗思路。Calcium-sensing receptors have attracted extensive interest since they were discovered.At present,many researches have expounded the structure of CaSR and its mediated signal transduction pathway,but the specific role of CaSR in the occurrence and development of urinary tract diseases is not clear.Urinary calculi,prostate cancer and renal cell carcinoma are common urinary diseases,however,renal fibrosis is the common pathological manifestation of various end-stage renal diseases.These urinary diseases seriously threaten human health.At present,the researched about the action mechanism of calcium-sensing receptors in the diseases mentioned above are relatively fewer,and there is a lack of therapeutic drugs for calcium-sensing receptors.It is believed that further research on calcium-sensing receptors and urinary tract diseases will provide new drugs and therapeutic ideas for the treatment of urinary tract diseases.
