基层排球教练员情绪智力与领导行为:教练员效能的中介作用

摘　　要：基于认知行为理论探讨情绪智力、体育运动领导行为与教练员效能的关系及其作用机制,进行结构方程建模,以验证模型中三者变量的关系以及教练员效能的中介作用。确定124名受试者,采用情绪智力量表、体育运动领导行为量表和教练员效能量表,对基层排球教练员进行测试。结果:1)情绪智力、领导行为和教练员效能呈正相关关系(γ>0,P<0.05);2)情绪智力、领导行为和教练员效能三者变量构建的结构方程模型拟合度良好(χ^2/DF=1.45,RMSEA=0.03,NFI=0.97,RFI=0.97,IFI=0.99);3)教练员效能在情绪智力与领导行为关系中起部分中介作用(β(a)=0.27,P<0.001;β(b)=0.28,P<0.001;β(c')=0.55,P<0.001)。结论:情绪智力、领导行为与教练员效能的关系存在一致性,三者变量正相关;验证了情绪智力可以直接预测教练员领导行为;教练员效能在情绪智力与领导行为的关系中起部分中介作用。Based on cognitive behavior theory,the relationship between emotional intelligence,sports leadership behavior and coach effectiveness and its mechanism are explored.Structural equation modeling is performed to verify the relationship between the three variables in the model and the mediating role of coach effectiveness.124 subjects were identified,and the basic volleyball coaches were tested using the emotional intelligence scale,the sports leadership behavior scale,and the coach effectiveness scale.Results:1)There was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence,leadership behavior and coach effectiveness(γ>0,P<0.05);2)Structural equation model fitting degree constructed by three variables of emotional intelligence,leadership behavior and coach effectiveness Good(χ^2/DF=1.45,RMSEA=0.03,NFI=0.97,RFI=0.97,IFI=0.99);3)Coach effectiveness plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership behavior(β(a)=0.27,P<0.001;β(b)=0.28,P<0.001;β(c')=0.55,P<0.001).Conclusion:There is consistency in the relationship between emotional intelligence,leadership behavior and coaching effectiveness,and the three variables are positively correlated.It is verified that emotional intelligence can directly predict coaching leadership behavior;coaching effectiveness plays a partial intermediary in the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership behavior effect.
