摘 要:近年来,随着核电站低、中放射性废物包的贮存量的不断增多,贮存压力也越来越大,因此废物包的外运逐渐被提上日程。废物包在外运到处置场之前要装进高完整性容器HIC进行二次包装,需要封盖设备对HIC容器进行密封以满足处置要求。以田湾核电站T4UKT厂房HIC封盖设备为例,介绍HIC封盖的工艺流程、模拟试验情况以及需要关注的问题,探讨了HIC封盖设备工艺应用的成熟性及应用前景。In recent years,with the increasing storage of low-and intermediate-level radioactive waste package in nuclear power plant,the storage pressure is also increasing.So the transportation of waste package to the offsite disposal site has been on agenda gradually.The waste package needs to be packed into the high integrity container(HIC)for secondary overpack before being transported to the disposal site.The capping equipment is required to seal the HIC container to meet the disposal requirements.The article takes HIC capping equipment of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant as an example,to introduce the technical flow,simulation test,and some issues which need to be paid attention.The maturity and prospect of technical application of the HIC capping equipment are discussed.
