摘 要:为解决大型工业厂房中因功能需要某些交叉支撑框架无楼板结构单元抗震性能不佳的问题,以某电力厂房纵向某3层框架局部为研究单元,设计制作两榀结构试件,其中一榀为设置普通工字型截面钢支撑的试件(F-RB),另一榀为设置防屈曲支撑的试件(F-BRB).分别对其进行静力反复加载抗震试验,对比分析两榀结构的抗震性能,包括水平荷载-框架层间位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线、等效刚度、等效黏滞阻尼比等,研究2种支撑的变形和破坏特点.研究表明,在较大层间位移角及横梁变形失效情况下,F-BRB的抗震明显优于F-RB结构且耗能稳定.无楼板横梁对于发挥结构抗震和消能减震性能不利,建议在横梁设计时要考虑到支撑失效后仍具备传递水平荷载的功能.To solve the problem that the non-floored steel frame unit with crossed braces for functional reasons has poor seismic behavior in large power plant,two specimens were designed and processed according to one part of frame on the 3rd-floor from a large-scale power plant.One of them was a frame with crossed,conventional H-sectioned braces(F-RB),and the other one was a frame with crossed buckling-restrained-braces(F-BRB).The pseudo-static tests on these two specimens were carried out to compare and analyze their seismic performance,including the hysteresis curves of horizontal load vs the displacement,the skeleton curves,the equivalent stiffness,the equivalent viscous damping ratio,etc.The features of deformation and failure of these two kinds of braces were studied.The following conclusions are drawn that under relatively large story drift ratio and with a failed beam,the earthquake-resistance capacity of F-BRB is apparently better than that of the counterparts of F-RB.Furthermore,F-BRB can steadily dissipate the energy.The beam without floor has adverse effect on the capacity of structure either resisting the earthquake or dissipating the energy.It is recommended that the beam's function of transferring load should be considered when the braces fail.
