摘　　要：如何保证电子文件的安全性是当前电子政务办公自动化系统中面临的重要问题。针对当前多数HTML电子签章相关产品保护内容有限、签章页面无法本地保存和离线验证以及无法在Web页面上完成定制化签章验章等问题,提出了一种可靠性更高的HTML电子签章控件的设计与实现方案。通过对Web页面中重要信息预处理,有效地扩大了Web页面内容的保护范围。将带有HTML电子签章对象的Web页面转换为包含签章的PDF文件,实现了签章页面的本地保存和离线验证。控件基于SOAP协议建立了与服务器间的远程通信,结合数字签名技术、ActiveX控件等技术在完成了HTML电子签章对象构造的同时,也实现了Web页面中可定制化的签章与验章。How to ensure the security of electronic documents is an important issue in the current e-government office automation system.Aiming at issues such as the limited protection content of most current HTML electronic signature related products,the inability of the local signature page saving and the offline verification,and the inability to complete customized signature verification on the Web page,this paper proposes a more reliable design and implementation of HTML electronic signature control.By preprocessing the important information in the Web page,the protection scope of the web page content is effectively expanded.Converting the Web page with an HTML electronic signature object into a PDF file with a signature realizes the local saving and the offline verification of signature pages.The control establishes the remote communication with the server based on the SOAP protocol.Combining the digital signature and ActiveX control technologies to complete the construction of the HTML electronic signature object,it realizes the customizable signature and verification of the Web page.
