摘　　要：随着国有林区改革的不断深入,传统森林资源监督管理工作必然受到冲击。为了更好地适应黑龙江国有林区改革需要,推进森林资源监督管理事业的全面发展和国有林区森林资源的可持续发展,必须坚持以生态保护的新思维和新理念,创新森林资源监督管理工作;坚持以生态红线保护为准绳,推进森林资源监督管理工作;坚持以森林文化建设为根基,拓展森林资源监督管理工作。With the deepening of the reform of state-owned forest areas,the supervision and management of forest resources is bound to be impacted.In order to better meet the needs of Heilongjiang state-owned forest reform,promote the comprehensive development of forest resources supervision and management and sustainable development of forest resources in state-owned forest areas,we must adhere to the new thinking and concept of ecological protection,innovate the supervision and management of forest resources,adhere to the protection of ecological red line,promote the supervision and management of forest resources,and adhere to the forest culture On the basis of construction,we should expand the supervision and management of forest resources.
