摘　　要：随着加速康复外科及微创技术的不断完善,患者对日间手术的要求更为迫切。因此,对痔日间手术进行规范化管理,实现肛肠外科无痛病房规范化的疼痛管理就显得尤为重要。针对痔日间手术的特点、麻醉方式的选择、手术相关注意事项等问题,北京肛肠学会组织了30位国内肛肠研究领域专家,结合循证医学证据进行反复讨论,通过问卷调查的方法,形成了适合当前中国国情的痔日间手术规范化管理和实施的方案,即《痔诊疗日间手术专家共识(2020年版)》,为肛肠外科无痛病房建设项目中的日间手术管理提供了决策基础。With the continuous improvement of accelerated rehabilitation surgery and minimally invasive technology,patients′requirements for daytime surgery are more urgent.Therefore,it is very important to standardize the management of daytime operation for hemorrhoids and realize the standardized pain management of painless ward in anorectal surgery department.According to the characteristics of daytime operation,the choice of anesthesia mode,operation-related precautions and other issues relating to hemorrhoid,this study performed questionnaire surveys for 30 domestic experts in anorectal research field invited by Beijing Anorectal Society,and finally formed a standardized management and implementation plan for hemorrhoid daytime operation after repeated discussion based on evidence-based medicine that is suitable for the current situation in China,namely Consensus of experts on daytime operation for hemorrhoid diagnosis and treatment(2020 Edition),which also provides decision-making basis for daytime operation management of construction projects in painless ward of anorectal surgery department.
