摘  要:SF6气体绝缘全封闭组合电器有结构紧凑、占地少、安全可靠性高、安装周期短、检修周期长等特点,成为220 kV及以上变电站最常采用的配电装置。气体绝缘全封闭组合电器在制造、运输及安装过程中,绝缘件质量、金属筒体制造工艺、碰撞破坏以及现场对接时杂质的进入,都可能造成设备在运行中发生局部放电,甚至引起设备相间或对壳体短路放电。针对某变电站220 kV气体绝缘全封闭组合电器交接耐压试验异常情况,通过解体、试验验证,分析了内部闪络发生的原因,阐明了金属自由颗粒及导体毛刺产生的途径,提出了相应的预防措施。As SF6 gas insulated switchgears have the characteristics of compact structure,economic space occupation,high security and reliability,shorter installation cycle,longer maintenance cycle and so on,it has become the power distribution unit used most often in 220 kV or above substations.During the manufacturing,transporting and installation procedure of gas insulated switchgears,the poor quality of insulator,poor manufacturing technique of metal cylindrical shell,impact wreckage and entry of impurities during field joint are likely to cause partial discharge of the facilities in operation,even interphase and shell short circuit discharge.To deal with the abnormal situation of a 220 kV gas insulated switchgear handover in voltage withstanding test of certain substation,the cause of interior flashover is analyzed,the ways of generation of free metal articles and conductor burr are expounded and corresponding preventive measures are put forward based on disassembly and experimental verification.
